A photographic zero measurement
2014 | In 2014, I was commissioned by the College of Government Advisors (CRA) to see how the hesitant start of the energy transition unfolded in the Netherlands. In 32 photos with explanations, the publication shows the early stage of what will in the foreseeable future become a radical transformation of the Dutch landscape.
